Evaluation of furniture dealers and manufacturer products and services, as well as review of existing vendor agreements. Evaluation and recommendations of new furnishings.

Move Management Consulting

Manage the removal of excess product with environmentally sustainable outcome, dispose of product not used with options, and furniture coordination.

Project Management

Budgeting, product sourcing, scheduling, and installation management with vendors. Produce RFQ or RFP vendor packages for furniture pricing. Provide LEED resources as required per project requirements, as well as any branding, marketing or artwork.

Vendor Management

Independent review and evaluation of furniture dealers and manufacturer products and services, review of existing vendor agreements, and review of existing vendor agreements. Owner Advocacy for furniture analysis.





Presentation documents and boards as needed, post-bid evaluation of submittals, document and evaluate existing furniture inventory for reuse valuation, and provide custom inventory e-forms for automatic database entry.

Warehouse Move & Set Up

We specialize in commercial warehouse setups. Our area that we bring the biggest value is in clothing and manufacturing industries with all the massive content involved with the clothing/design industry. We also specialize in office furniture with inventory, classification of the furniture and the repurposing of the furniture in the redesign. We pride ourself’s in becoming an extension of the end-user to help support the need of these assets and preserve the use for current and future use. Within our processes we provide the value add of saving the end-user by managing these assets and set up the warehouse to run in a lean fashion business.
